Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer to lead planning, design, and management on land development projects. You will coordinate with Olsson teams, clients, and staff, travel to sites when needed, and contribute to proposals and business development.

The role supports a flexible work arrangement including remote and hybrid options across Nebraska regions, with opportunities to travel to client sites and office locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software; PE or Landscape Architect registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents in civil engineering.
• Perform design calculations, prepare cost estimates, and assess alternatives.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget; initiate paperwork and track progress.
