Job summary

Futures Consulting in Colorado seeks a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects. You will support and guide projects from planning through completion, while building trust with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong technical design experience, solid project judgment, and the ability to deliver practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• EIT required; PE license preferred.
• Colorado PE license, or ability/desire to obtain Colorado PE licensure, strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure design.
• Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project efforts, coordinate design tasks, and support client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Grow responsibilities as part of ongoing professional development.
• Maintain awareness of budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
