This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The Paralegal will assist with drafting pleadings, discovery, court filings, and preparing deposition and trial materials, while maintaining organized case files and coordinating with clients,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation.
• Proficiency with Florida State and Federal Court filing procedures preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of general liability litigation.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, incident reports, expert materials, and other case-related documents.
• Manage case calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials, including exhibits and witness files.
• Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filings, including electronic filing procedures.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
• Conduct factual investigations and assist with case analysis as needed.
• Track billable time and assist with billing-related tasks.
