The Paralegal will assist through all phases of litigation, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience in civil litigation.
• General liability defense experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida State and Federal Court filing procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of general liability litigation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and notices.
• Review and summarize medical records and case documents.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare deposition and trial materials.
• Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filings.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Track billable time and support billing.
