Responsibilities

• Calendar and monitor filing deadlines, hearings, and discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and other materials under supervision.
• Assist with electronic filings in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate document collection and discovery productions.
• Review records, develop case timelines, and organize evidence.
• Prepare exhibits and materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients, counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Monitor progress and follow up on pending tasks.
• Provide document preparation and administrative support, including scanning and organizing materials.
