Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative, fast-paced litigation team. The role requires independent case management and close attorney support through the full lifecycle of litigation.

Responsibilities include managing matters from pre-suit through discovery, trial preparation, and resolution, with focus on complex civil matters such as class actions and consumer protection cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation is required.
• Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court filings.
• Strong client communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Assist with class action, consumer fraud, and other complex civil matters.
• Conduct client intake and maintain client communications.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and court filings.
• Identify deadlines and monitor hearings and filings.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial prep.
• Prepare exhibits, timelines, and trial materials.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and provide administrative support.
