Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join a nationally recognized firm.

This role offers exposure to high-profile matters and mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys. You will draft pleadings, manage documents, assist with discovery and trial preparation, and help prepare case summaries and exhibits, gaining hands-on experience from inception through trial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Review and organize documents and other case materials
• Assist with discovery and trial preparation
