Qualifications

• A law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Actively licensed in Missouri.
• 1–3+ years of litigation and trial prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys on transactional and real estate matters.
• Draft and review contracts and real estate documents.
• Assist with liens, covenants, and HOA matters.
• Support due diligence and corporate structuring.
• Review contracts for accuracy and client alignment.
• Prepare evidence and documents for trial.
