Evans & Dixon is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate in our St. Louis office. We are looking for an Associate with 1 to 3+ years of experience who has strong litigation and trial skills and is eager to apply them.

You will work with seasoned Civil Litigation Attorneys and gain real-world experience in state and federal courts in the Midwest. Join a fast-paced, team-driven environment with mentoring and opportunities to handle depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of legal experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with state and federal procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle large caseloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and staff on cases.
• Assist with trial preparation and evidence presentation.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.
