Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of civil litigation experience required
• Family law experience preferred but not required

• Ability to manage large caseloads and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as second chair in high-net-worth family law cases with litigation input
• Handle a range of family law matters including dissolution, custody, and support
• Maintain client and opposing counsel communications
• Represent clients in court motions, mediations, and trials
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines with flexibility
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive documents
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and billing processes
