Qualifications

• Active member of the State Bar of Arizona.

• Ready to take primary responsibility for a diverse civil litigation caseload.
• Involved in all stages of litigation from evaluation through trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Motion practice: draft complex motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment, discovery-related applications).
• Case management of a busy civil docket with deadlines and client updates.
• Discovery: draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, conduct/defend depositions.
• Court appearances: represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in Arizona.
• Requirements: exceptional writing and oral advocacy; proficient with Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
