Qualifications

• Three to five years of litigation experience or equivalent is required.
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and academics are required.
• Experience litigating insurance coverage disputes, antitrust, consumer protection, or related regulatory issues is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters.
• Supervise and coordinate other team members in motion practice and discovery.
• Appear in state and federal court on motions and pre-trial matters; manage strategy and logistics.
