Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada State Bar member.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court and during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis for ongoing cases.
• Prepare and review briefs, motions, and other court documents.
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to advance case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and evidence in compliance with rules and deadlines.
