Jobot is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Georgia government-focused practice. You will represent cities, counties, and public authorities in civil rights, employment, contract, tort, and premises liability matters across all stages from pre-litigation to trial.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with 1,920 billable hours per year, 100% employer-paid health insurance, and a 401(k) with firm contribution. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active and in good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Represent local government entities in civil litigation matters including civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability.
• Handle cases across all stages from pre-litigation through trial.
• Work alongside government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow.
