Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited school and active Georgia bar.

• Experience in municipal, county, state, tort, or constitutional law preferred.
• Ability to manage all stages of litigation and hearings, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the City in general civil and employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Lead strategy development, written and oral discovery, depositions, and negotiations.
• Engage in settlements, mediation/alternative dispute resolution, and appellate work as needed.
• Collaborate with Atlanta City Council and multiple City departments.
