• Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to disposition, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent the company in all courtroom proceedings, mediation sessions, and arbitration hearings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated with the latest legal trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop the best legal strategy for each case.
• Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the company, considering all legal and business implications.
