Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Our attorneys handle sophisticated and often high-exposure matters involving municipal law, police litigation, civil rights defense, code enforcement, government tort liability, and complex civil litigation. The firm regularly serves as special counsel to public agencies and law enforcement entities and has handled significant litigation at all levels of state and federal court.

We are seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of civil litigation experience and strong first chair trial experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial work.
This attorney will manage a semi-autonomous caseload involving potentially high-exposure civil litigation matters. Prior experience with public entity defense, police litigation, civil rights defense, municipal law, government tort claims, personal injury defense, or related civil litigation is strongly preferred.
Base Salary: $200,000-$250,000 annually
Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours per year
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid role
Remote Flexibility: Attorneys may work remotely except for client meetings, depositions, court appearances, team meetings, trial preparation, and other in-person needs.
Location Requirement: Candidate must live within reasonable commuting distance of the firm's office.
