Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Support trial preparation, arbitration, mediations, and hearings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties.

This role offers hands-on experience handling complex civil litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil litigation, with experience in insurance defense, construction litigation, or insurance coverage disputes preferred.
