Qualifications

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling medical malpractice, professional liability, transportation, or related litigation matters.
• Ability to independently manage litigation files from inception through resolution.
• Experience taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting motions, and participating in mediation strategy.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.

I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas litigation firm that is seeking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing practice.

What We Need

• 3-6 years of civil litigation or related litigation experience preferred
