Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an ambitious Litigation Attorney for Dallas, Texas, to join a growing, full-service law firm that handles family law, personal injury, business litigation, oil and gas disputes, wills, trusts, and estate matters. This role rewards courtroom advocacy, strategic thinking, direct client interaction, and meaningful impact on cases and clients.

You will manage matters from filing to trial, develop case strategy, conduct depositions and hearings, draft pleadings, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Litigation experience preferred with strong writing and research skills.
• Excellent courtroom presence and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery phases.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Advise clients regarding risks, strategy, and outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements while vigorously advocating client interests.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas.
