Title: Remote Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

Location: Texas

Compensation: Up to $250k+, Bonuses and partnership track

Type: Full Time / Remote

A well-established and rapidly growing defense firm is seeking to add a Remote Litigation Attorney to its expanding Civil Litigation Defense practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury matters, including auto-related liability and premises liability, while collaborating with experienced trial lawyers.

The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, the ability to manage their own caseload, work on multiple cases simultaneously and hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, expert work, and trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is eager to grow their career within a supportive and dynamic team.

The firm is open to attorneys at various levels of seniority and is flexible on title based on experience, including Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, and Partner-level candidates.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice in Texas

• 2+ years of relevant litigation experience
