We offer remote/hybrid/in-office work, a base salary of $100,000–$150,000 with potential for additional compensation; active CA Bar membership required; construction or casualty background a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Track record of drafting and arguing motions
• Confident navigating the California court system
• Skilled at depositions and witness examinations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical instincts
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Active member of the California State Bar
• Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations
• Keep clients and insurers informed throughout the process
• Deliver strategic litigation advice grounded in real experience
• Own the docket and manage day-to-day litigation tasks and billable targets
