Collins + Collins LLP in California is seeking an attorney with 3–7 years of civil litigation experience to join our dynamic firm. You will handle all aspects of litigation, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, assist in trial work, and develop case strategies while building strong client relationships.

Our firm offers hybrid remote work, mentoring, continuing education, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and competitive compensation with a salary range of $125,000 to $225,000 plus bonus

Formación

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school and be a member in good standing of the California State Bar.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of litigation including fact investigation, pleadings, motions, discovery, and pretrial and trial work.
• Develop and execute case strategies and plans with partners and associates.
• Build and maintain strong business and client relationships.
