Job summary

Collins + Collins LLP in Pasadena, CA seeks an attorney to handle a wide range of litigation matters and to develop and execute case strategies while managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial. The ideal candidate is admitted to the California and/or Nevada Bar in good standing and holds a JD from an accredited U.S.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent writing and case analysis abilities.
• Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar admission in California and/or Nevada in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of existing and new litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies and plans.
• Manage all aspects of litigation including fact investigation, pleadings, motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work.
• Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.
