You will gain meaningful case responsibility, direct client contact, and hands-on courtroom exposure while mentored by seasoned litigators across employment, real estate, business, personal injury, and employment defense matters.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Excellent organizational and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, case management conferences, and court proceedings.
• Assist with and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage litigation deadlines and maintain organized case files.
