Responsibilities

• Conduct written discovery and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work directly with clients, adjusters, and witnesses.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with experienced partners and firm leadership.
