Job summary

LumenCeler Group in California seeks a Civil Litigation Associate to handle general liability, construction defect, and/or business litigation, with an active docket and growth opportunities. Positions available in LA, Irvine or Roseville, CA.

The candidate should be admitted to the California Bar, possess strong analytical and writing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Mentorship and courtroom exposure are provided to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility to practice in CA.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Sound judgment in complex or high-pressure situations.
• 3+ years of experience in liability, construction defect, or business litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal courts.
• Participate in depositions, motion hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research and produce persuasive written and oral advocacy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
