LumenCeler Group in California seeks a Civil Litigation Associate to handle general liability, construction defect, and/or business litigation, with an active docket and growth opportunities. Positions available in LA, Irvine or Roseville, CA.

The candidate should be admitted to the California Bar, possess strong analytical and writing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Mentorship and courtroom exposure are provided to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Civil Litigation Associate (LA, Irvine or Roseville, CA)

This role offers meaningful responsibility and hands‑on litigation experience in general liability, construction defect, and/or general business litigation. Attorneys are expected to manage an active docket while continuing to develop their skills through mentorship and direct involvement in all phases of litigation. The position is well‑suited for attorneys who want substantive responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long‑term growth, regardless of whether their background is plaintiff‑side, defense‑side, or mixed.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal courts

Compensation

• Competitive compensation based on experience: $140,000–$180,000 (DOE)
