Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for its Roseville, California office to handle construction defect and business litigation in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of California civil litigation experience, be active CA Bar, and demonstrate strong research and writing skills.

Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, with a 1,800 annual billable hour expectation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership required
• CA civil litigation experience required
• Construction defect and/or business litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Trial experience is a plus
• Nevada or Texas licensure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect, civil litigation, and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal research memoranda
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and related proceedings
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution
• Manage litigation matters while maintaining high standards of client service
