Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
