The Agency, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate to join its expanding defense practice in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will manage litigation matters from early case development through resolution while working closely with senior attorneys and clients.

This position offers meaningful case responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long-term professional growth within a sophisticated legal environment. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills and active admission to the applicable state bar.

Competenze

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.

Mansioni

• Manage and support general liability litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze liability issues.
