Work Location: Hybrid remote in North San Diego County. We are a busy firm seeking self-motivated, forward-thinking attorneys who can manage a full caseload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full case load independently from start to finish.
• Write and argue motions, including summary judgment motions.
• Take and defend depositions; federal court experience is preferred but not required.
• Conduct litigation across practice areas including civil rights, employment, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, development and construction, inverse condemnation, and writs and appeals when applicable.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience (1 year required).
• CA State Bar License (Required).
• Experience in related practice areas is desired, but we will train the right candidate.
