Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct civil crew activities on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work with foremen and superintendents.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee excavation, grading, concrete placement, and underground work.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to meet schedules.
