Qualifications

• Capable of reading project schedules and meeting milestones.
• Understanding estimates, budgets, job costing and forecasted costs.
• Able to read method statements, specs, drawings and related docs.
• Optimize manpower, equipment and materials for timely completion.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with workforce and stakeholders.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure proper tool and material supply.
• Prevent wastage and misuse of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise skilled labor and crews on civil works.
• Understand schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate site preparation, earthwork, drainage, foundations, form work, concreting.
• Liaise with other supervisors to optimize work utilization.
• Maintain safety, enforce rules, and conduct JSAs.
• Ensure crews have tools, equipment and materials.
• Monitor performance and discipline at the work site.
