Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years post-education civil engineering experience.
  • Engineer in Training Certification.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering principles, design/build, and permitting.
  • Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
  • Ability to coordinate with agency regulators and understand requirements.
  • Familiarity with safety, compliance, and regulatory processes.
  • Proficient in technical writing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and analyze site data from surveys, GIS data, and other sources for project development.
  • Perform civil engineering work and assist with research and inspections of site conditions and permits.
  • Incorporate modeling techniques and design requirements to ensure safety and functionality for end-users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to lay out installations and guide construction with elevations and grades.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to address design and construction issues.
  • Develop action plans for risk mitigation and assist in HASP development.
