(MSG) seeks a Civil Group Manager for Cranberry Township, PA to lead the Civil Engineering Group, deliver site‑civil and land development projects, and drive technical excellence. You will oversee project delivery, manage budgets, and mentor staff within MSG's seller‑doer model.

The role emphasizes client relationships, business development, and cross‑office collaboration, with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful execution of civil engineering and land development projects.
• Monitor project health, profitability, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and operational challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with company standards.
• Coach and support Project Managers to improve project execution and financial performance.
• Maintain direct involvement in key projects to ensure successful delivery and technical excellence.
