Job summary

The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG) is seeking a Project Engineer to support design and planning across commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Hermitage, PA and Cranberry, PA.

You will work with licensed engineers and coordinate across surveying, environmental, geotechnical, and transportation teams. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, PA EIT with PE anticipated within 6–12 months, 3–5 years of site-civil design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of site-civil design experience required.
• EIT PA certification or PE within 6–12 months preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D for grading & pipe networks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and preparation of various commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Coordinate with MSG staff across Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, and Transportation teams.
• Perform and check design calculations and prepare design packages under supervision of senior staff.
• Prepare feasibility documents, due diligence, zoning studies, and stormwater related designs.
