VIPL, a leading South Indian steel manufacturer known for iSTEEL, is seeking a Technical Field Engineer (Civil) in Coimbatore with extensive field travel. You will engage with contractors, architects, and dealers to promote products, deliver technical presentations, and drive lead generation.

The role requires a civil engineering background, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills. Freshers with interest in technical sales and field operations are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding of construction materials and site practices.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and technical presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
• Existing network with contractors, builders, engineers, or architects is an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Freshers with a strong interest in technical sales and field operations are encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Engage with contractors, masons, builders, site engineers, consultants, architects, dealers, and end users to promote products and influence brand preference.
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and dealer-counter interactions to explain product specifications and applications.
• Generate project leads, track enquiries, and support conversion into sales.
• Enroll and activate influencers in loyalty programs and organize technical meets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management, quotations, order conversion, and follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence on projects, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
