Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience required.
• Experience in underground utilities, wet utilities, pipeline, grading, or civil construction preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for underground utilities and civil scopes.
• Review project plans and bid documents for estimating requirements.
• Develop cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate RFIs with stakeholders.
