Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience in estimating.
• Experience supervising others (1 year desired).

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients on estimates.
• Conduct Project Handoff Meetings.
