Qualifications

• Business Math skills to create and understand estimates and budgets.
• Ability to read and understand geotechnical reports.

Responsibilities

• Acquire plans, specifications, soil reports, historical bid files, and historical cost data.
• Lead bid development for underground utilities projects from concept to submission.
• Prepare detailed estimates including takeoffs, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineers and takeoff specialists; mentor assigned engineers.
• Develop organized bid packages and ensure timely completion.
