Qualifications

• Familiarity with Excel, Insite Elevation Pro and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications.
• Proficient in take-offs and scope analysis.
• Organized, detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist and execute the estimating work plan, including bid preparation, plan posting to BuildingConnected/Base Camp.
• Assist with coordination and solicitation of vendor and subcontractor quotes; place bid advertisements.
• Review plans and specs to define complete scopes and identify conflicts for accurate estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and provide accurate scopes and quantities.
