Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Insite Elevation Pro and Autocad.
• Understanding of construction documents and specs.
• Proficient in take-offs and scope analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimating work plan including bid setup and plan posting to systems.
• Coordinate quotes from vendors/subcontractors; place bid ads.
• Review plans/specs to define complete scopes and accurate estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and provide accurate scopes and quantities.
