You will interact closely with engineers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, precise estimates and maintain historical data for market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating and bid preparation.
• Proficiency with Heavy Bid, AGTek, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to review drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and Verify project material requirements.
• Review and Verify project scope.
• Apply practical knowledge and historical data to determine reasonable expectations for projected labor and equipment requirements.
• Apply practical knowledge and historical data to determine reasonable expectations for projected productivity.
• Maintain orderly project documentation and backup information with respect to each estimate.
• Update project estimate per engineer issued addendums and clarifications
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
