Responsibilities

• Review and understand the bid documents published by the client.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management planning, bidding and vendor selection.
• Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Interface with other individuals in the organization to obtain support for cost estimates.
• Perform multiple types of quantity take-off.
• Prepare project bid schedule.
