Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Are you a seasoned civil engineer ready to lead a high-performing team in land development? A well-established engineering consultancy in the Centennial, CO area is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee project execution, mentor junior staff, and drive technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of land development projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 2-5 engineers, managing project workflows, technical deliverables, and team performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to align priorities, schedules, and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction documents, cost estimates, calculations, and reports.
• Ensure quality control, budget adherence, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure project success.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts through client interaction and service promotion.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with hydrology/hydraulics tools (e.g., StormCAD, HEC-RAS).
• Experience navigating local and regional permitting processes and working with regulatory bodies.
