We seek a highly skilled Senior Developer Team Lead to join our team and drive our Atlassian Forge (Atlassian's Serverless App Development Platform) projects.Position Overview : As a Senior Developer Team Lead, you will lead the development of advanced Atlassian Forge applications, leveraging your expertise in backend development, data architecture, and serverless functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud applications. Your role will emphasize backend development, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and deployment of Atlassian Forge applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Design and implement backend solutions using Node.js.
• Architect and manage databases, including NoSQL and relational databases.
• Develop and maintain serverless functions (AWS Lambda preferred) and content delivery networks (CDN).
• Create and manage REST APIs.
• Implement unit tests and end-to-end testing using Playwright.
• Oversee data architecture and ensure efficient data flow and storage.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed throughout the development process.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Manage projects with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in developing and leading projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools and software development workflows.
