Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Project Programmer to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. You will develop programming packages for FSRM, MILCON, and related installations, coordinating with facility users and engineers to define requirements and prepare documentation for approvals.

The role requires DoD programming experience, knowledge of AF/USSF requirements, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and adherence to

Qualifications

• Candidate must have U.S. citizenship and be eligible for a NACI background check.
• Knowledge of DoD facility programming and development processes is required.
• Experience developing project requirements, scopes, programming documentation, and cost estimates.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, facility users, project managers, and maintenance personnel.
• Experience with DD Forms 1391 development and DoD facility programming processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project programming packages for FSRM, MILCON, NAF, ERCIP, and other installation projects.
• Obtain and document project requirements through stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare DD Forms 1391 and related programming documentation for review and approval.
• Develop parametric cost estimates and bases of estimate reflecting local market conditions.
• Enter and maintain project data in NexGen IT and CPP.
