Job summary

AttainX Inc. seeks a Site Leader / Project Programmer (Construction Engineering Manager) to support the 50 CES at Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

This role coordinates on-site personnel, ensures compliant programming packages reflect mission requirements, scope, costs, and execution strategy. The ideal candidate has DoD facility/construction programming experience and strong leadership, with the ability to interface with Government stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of DoD/Department of War project programming experience.
• Experience supporting civil engineering projects and MILCON programming.
• Ability to coordinate with facility users, engineers, and Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Site Leader and primary day-to-day coordination point for AttainX personnel.
• Coordinate priorities, schedules, and deliverables with Government representatives and AttainX leadership.
• Provide non-personal engineering and project-programming support for FSRM, MILCON, and in-house facility projects.
• Prepare and maintain DD Forms 1391 and other programming documents for local or AFCEC submissions.
