Job summary

Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC in Doylestown, PA seeks a qualified Civil Engineering Project Manager with progressive experience in private subdivision and land development projects. You will lead site planning, grading, and drainage design while coordinating with a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with PE licensure (PA preferred) and demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills to manage client expectations

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering; PE required, PA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients and/or managing infrastructure projects or designing land development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow software experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to lead and develop team members and interface with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Holds technical design knowledge and responsibility for site planning, engineering, and landscape architecture designs.
• Review municipal ordinances and regulations to identify requirements and prepare plans accordingly.
• Perform site feasibility, due diligence, zoning, and regulatory research for land development.
• Mentor, support, and develop junior engineers; provide technical skill development.
