Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development in Doylestown, PA. The role requires a PE license and roughly 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with private subdivision and land development exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active PE license required.
• Approximately 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with land development exposure.
• Experience designing private subdivisions or land development projects and managing infrastructure.
• Strong site planning and civil design knowledge.
• Experience managing project schedules and budgets.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and represent the firm externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and client expectations.
• Take responsibility for project quality, technical accuracy, and delivery.
• Coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Provide design leadership for site layouts, road alignments, grading plans, and BMP layouts.
• Prepare and review drawings, reports, specifications, sketches, calculations, and plans.
• Perform site feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Review zoning ordinances and municipal regulations, support permitting and approvals.
• Develop practical solutions and identify permitting issues early.
• Maintain relationships with private-sector clients and represent the firm with attorneys and municipalities.
• Lead and mentor Engineers, Designers, and CADD Technicians.
